Terry Young – Mortgage Loan Originator

Born and raised in Florida, I’m proud to call St. Cloud home, where I live with my husband of over 30 years. We have two children and two wonderful grandchildren who keep life exciting.

I began my career in the banking industry.  In 1997, I transitioned into the mortgage field as a loan processor. By 2006, I became a Mortgage Loan Originator, and in 2008, I joined Town & Country Mortgage Services, Inc., where I’ve been serving clients ever since.

With decades of experience, I understand that buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a family will make. I truly love what I do, and my goal is simple: to guide families through the mortgage process with clarity, care, and expertise so they can achieve their dream of homeownership.
